Header

The help center header serves as the primary navigation and branding element of your help center. It typically includes your company logo, main navigation links, and possibly a search bar, acting as the first point of engagement for users.

To change the header layout

1. In the Zendesk Guide, click the Customize design icon in the sidebar.
2. Click Customize on the theme you want to edit.
3. In the Settings panel, select Header elements.
4. Select checkboxes for elements you wish to display.
5. Click the Publish button to save the changes.

To change header links

1. In the Zendesk Guide, click the Customize design icon in the sidebar.
2. Click Customize on the theme you want to edit.
3. In the Settings panel, select Header link 1.
4. Fill in the URL and Text fields.
5. Click the Publish button to save the changes.
