Category icons

The Lotus One and Delta themes come with an option to use icons for eight categories.

Add an icon to a category

  1. In Guide, click the Customize design icon in the sidebar.
  2. Click the theme you want to edit to open it.
  3. In the Settings panel, find the Category 1 Icon section.
  4. Click the Replace link to browse and select an image in the Icon setting.

  5. In the Id setting, enter the Id of the category for which you want to display the icon.

    Id is a unique numeric identifier that can be found in the URL. Let's say we have the FAQ category with this URL: https://your-help-center.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/categories/200271742-FAQ

    In this case, the current category Id is 200271742.

  6. Do steps 4-5 for the rest of the categories. 
  7. Click Publish to save the changes.
